About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, strategic copywriter to join our team and craft high-performing native ads for a range of premium clients. This role goes beyond writing — you’ll help shape campaign messaging, influence visual direction, and contribute to positioning strategies that drive meaningful results. If you’re equal parts creative thinker and performance-minded writer, you’ll thrive here.
Responsibilities:
- Ad Copywriting: Write compelling, witty, high-performing native ad copy across multiple client verticals including finance, tech, software, and consumer products.
- Strategic Input: Partner with the brand partnerships team to help shape client positioning and creative direction using audience insights and performance goals.
- Concept Development: Contribute campaign-level ideas including hooks, narrative flow, and copy-image pairings that strengthen overall campaign performance.
- Client-Facing Ideation: Participate in brainstorms and strategy calls with clients and agencies, offering thoughtful, well-articulated creative recommendations..
- Visual Direction: Suggest image concepts, graphics, and supporting visuals that enhance copy effectiveness across newsletter and social media formats.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with the newsletter publication team and revenue team to ensure timely execution across multiple campaigns and accounts.
Requirements:
- Professional-level writing skills with the ability to write succinctly, creatively, and with flawless grammar and punctuation.
- Experience or strong familiarity with the financial services industry.
- Ability to manage schedules and deadlines across multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-moving, creative environment.
Benefits:
- Compensation is commensurate with experience and depends on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Salary range is $60,000-75,000 annually.
