Is The Daily Upside an approved CE Sponsor?

The Daily Upside is an approved CFP Board CE Sponsor. Many of our live and on-demand webcasts are eligible for CFP® continuing education credits. CE eligibility is noted in the summary description of each webcast. When registering for an eligible webcast, please include your CFP identification number and the name as recorded by the CFP Board.

We are also a recognized continuing education sponsor with the Investments & Wealth Institute (IWI). Many of our webcasts are accepted for CE credit toward CIMA®, CPWA®, RMA®, and CIMC® certifications. IWI CE eligibility is noted in the webcast description. When registering for an eligible webcast, please include your IWI identification number and the name as recorded by the Institute.


What do I need to do to complete a CE-eligible program?

  • Register for a webcast marked as CE-eligible (live or on-demand).
  • During registration, enter your name and ID number exactly as it appears on file with your accrediting organization.

For live webcasts:

  • Watch at least 50 minutes of the live session.

For on-demand webcasts:

  • Watch at least 50 minutes of the on-demand session.
  • Successfully complete the quiz with a score of 80% or higher within three attempts.

When is my CE completion reported?

We report completions of eligible webcasts to the CFP Board and Investments & Wealth Institute at the end of each week.


How will I know when my CE credit has been applied?

You can view your completed CE credits in your personal dashboard on your accrediting organization’s website within 7 business days of completing the webcast.
